Nipples to Kneecaps - A Laugh A Minute!

Have you ever noticed that when you are truly laughing that you may not appear at your most attractive in photos? But, they are certainly the best memories!

Being told you are dying with cancer is a very serious matter, but it does not mean you have to give up on telling jokes, smiling and sharing funny stories with the person (particularly if that is something the person enjoyed doing before their cancer diagnosis).

I recently posted about what I hoped a reader might gain from reading 'Nipples to Kneecaps.' That was me with my serious head on. :) So, today with my usual Mandy head on, I would like to emphasize that I also hope that my book touches you, the reader, emotionally and makes you laugh, smile, sing and dance (okay, maybe I am going a bit too far now!) but it IS okay to laugh in places - we certainly did!

I would like, however, to reiterate that for me the most important goal is that my writing connects with the person in a way to help them discover more about themselves and believe in themselves more so that they can take steps to achieve whatever it is they really want.

I often say my mission statement in life is to 'touch the souls of others' and I hope 'Nipples to Kneecaps - to die or not to die' with cancer is one way of doing that.
